HISTORIC SCHOOL HOUSE WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS
A 10-minute drive from the centre of Orange, Mayfield Vineyard cellar door offers guests the opportunity to taste award-winning wines with spectacular views of the vineyards and lakes. Set in a historic School House, our cellar door is open for tastings from Thursday to Sunday, 11am to 5pm or 12noon to 5pm in the Winter months. While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a booking especially on weekends to ensure a spot and personalised experience.
Our cool climate range includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling,
Rosé, Sparkling and Cabernet Sauvignon. Planted in 1998, Mayfield Vineyard’s natural features include an elevation of 950m with more than 900mm per annum rainfall. The cool climate compliments the rich loam and basalt soils to produce one of the top wine regions in Australia.
