6 Historic Cottage Stays
Sprawled amongst the established gardens and vineyard, Mayfield Cottages accommodation, offers a picturesque and cozy getaway, 10 km from the centre of Orange. Mayfield Vineyard is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and historic land holdings of rural NSW.
The Homestead
Built in 1910 the heritage listed homestead has stood the test of time. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, Formal dining area, 3 living areas, large kitchen and outdoor dining. Our Garden Flat can be combined with our Homestead to create 7 bedrooms.
The Settler's Cottage
A classic two bedroom weatherboard cottage, with historic charm. It boasts a north facing verandah and original polished floorboards with country style interior and gas fireplace. Built in 1886, it’s one of the oldest cottages in the country.
The Overseers Cottage
This quaint original 3 bedroom farmhouse is located amongst the vines at Mayfield Vineyard. It overlooks a lake and tree lined walks into the vineyard.
The Rose Cottage
This two bedroom cottage is set right alongside our 100 year old arboretum and the rose garden. Large open windows over look the front private garden. It is the perfect place to relax with a glass of award winning Mayfield Wine.
The Garden Flat
This accommodation is part of the one hundred year old homestead of Mayfield. With a private entrance it is self-contained and overlooks an English style arboretum. Nestled amongst beautifully tended greenery of the 1.6 hectare garden, the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden flat offers a tranquil setting for a weekend away while enjoying a glass of our award winning wine.
