2023 'Three Boys' Cabernet Blend
A beautifully balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and a
touch of Merlot. Very varietal with a medium bodied palate and long, lingering flavours,
balanced with subtle oak and silky tannings. This is a wine that is drinking well now, and
will reward carefully cellaring over the next 3 to 5 years.

What is the best way to store my Mayfield wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature between 12-18°C. For wines sealed with corks, store bottles horizontally to keep the cork moist. Proper storage will allow your wines to age beautifully over time.
