Vibrant gold straw with a youthful green hue. The aromas are lively with
melon, citrus and stone fruit. The palate is youthful and vibrant. It is a wine of finesse with a rounded creaminess from 50% malolactic fermentation that complements the fruit purity and natural acid. It has great length and will cellar for well over ten years.

What is the best way to store my Mayfield wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature between 12-18°C. For wines sealed with corks, store bottles horizontally to keep the cork moist. Proper storage will allow your wines to age beautifully over time.
