A youthful garnet colour, with aromas of cherry, spice and forest brambles, and a touch of herbal savouriness adding complexity. The palate is youthful with lovely mouthfeel. The varietal fruit flavours are well balanced with judicious oak and refined tannins. Cellar for 5 to 6 years.

What is the best way to store my Mayfield wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature between 12-18°C. For wines sealed with corks, store bottles horizontally to keep the cork moist. Proper storage will allow your wines to age beautifully over time.
