As Silhouettes on the night sky, the Lancasters of Bomber Command steadfastly pursued their mission, aware that the grim spectre of mortality loomed over nearly half their number. Silhouettes pays homage to men like my grandfather Flight Lieutenant Jack O'Brien DFC of 186 Squadron, who exemplified sacrifice and dedication to duty, and whose character I admire.
The Silhouettes journey reflects the bond of trust and confidence shared with my close mate, John Eastham. Collaborating with him and using the finest fruit from Mayfield, we’ve crafted a premium cool-climate Chardonnay. It was a privilege to influence the viticulture, winemaking, and naming of this exceptional Silhouettes Chardonnay.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. For remote or international orders, it may take a bit longer. If you have a specific date in mind, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the best way to store my Mayfield wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature between 12-18°C. For wines sealed with corks, store bottles horizontally to keep the cork moist. Proper storage will allow your wines to age beautifully over time.
